4. Ticketing Terms
• Tickets are sold subject to availability

5. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for:

6. Age Restriction (R18 Event)
• This is a strictly R18 event
• Entry is permitted only to individuals aged 18 years or older
• Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver licence) must be
presented upon entry
• Anyone unable to provide valid ID will be denied entry without refund
7. Weather & External Conditions
• Events will proceed regardless of weather unless deemed unsafe
• Weather conditions (rain, wind, etc.) do not qualify for refunds
8. Event Changes & Cancellation
We reserve the right to:
• Change venue, date, time, or schedule
• Modify event format
If the event is fully cancelled:
• Any remedy (refund, credit, or rescheduling) will be determined at our
discretion and in line with New Zealand law
9. Entry & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee without refund for:
• Disorderly or unsafe behaviour
• Intoxication or drug use
• Non-compliance with venue rules
Security decisions are final.
10. Liability & Risk
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Attendance is at your own risk
• We are not responsible for injury, loss, theft, or damage
11. Media & Promotion Rights
By attending, you grant us the right to:
• Record video, photo, and audio
• Use content for marketing without compensation
12. Ticket Resale & Fraud
• Unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited
• Fraudulent or resold tickets may be cancelled without refund
13. Sponsorship & Commercial Rights
All sponsorship, branding, and commercial rights related to the event remain
exclusively with Kumari Events Limited unless agreed in writing.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including:

• Public health emergencies
• Technical or infrastructure failures
No refunds will be guaranteed under these conditions.
